Order Information

I DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Have you placed an order and successfully completed the payment? Then we always send a confirmation by e-mail. This will be sent within 30 minutes of placing the order. Please check the spam box of your specified email address. If the email cannot be found there, please email us at support@officialbrand.eu with your full personal details so that our customer service can look up your order.

THE PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK. WHAT NOW?

We try to ensure that the stock is up to date. It can always happen that products are sold out. Do you want to know exactly when your favorite product will be back in stock? Please contact us at support@officialbrand.eu

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will immediately get started! It is therefore only possible to cancel your order for a short time.

Did you place your order less than five minutes ago? Please feel free to contact our customer service via support@officialbrand.eu and we will be happy to see if we can still cancel the order.

WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACK&TRACE CODE?

When sending your order you will receive an email that the order has been completed. from that moment it goes to the shipping courier. Usually you will receive a working Track&Trace code within 1-2 working days after this email. If you have not yet received a number, there may be a delay with the courier or it may have ended up in the spam folder. If you have any questions about this, please contact support@officialbrand.eu

THE TRACK&TRACE CODE WAS NOT ARRIVED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN ARRIVED BY MAIL.

After the order has been completed you will receive the code in 1-2 working days.
If the Track&Trace code has still not been received, it may have ended up in the spam folder.
Depending on the courier with which it was sent, you will receive an email. Sometimes this can be PostNL or DHL. 

Then that email will also contain the track & trace code link. Feel free to click on the link, this will redirect you to the Track&Trace code. If you still do not have a working Track & Trace code, the processing of the package may have been delayed.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Ordering online is very easy. On our webshop you can place products in your shopping cart by clicking on the order button (product page). All prices stated with the products include VAT (21%). You can always add, remove, adjust the size or change the quantities in your shopping cart. If you would like help or product advice, you can contact customer service via support@officialbrand.eu

Note:  After you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Check the order and address details carefully. If something is not right, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

HOW LONG DOES A SHIPMENT TAKE?

We deliver on average within 5-8 working days. Public holidays and weekends must be added in addition to the times stated. The delivery time applies to both the Netherlands and Belgium. This can increase due to COVID19, keep this in mind.
