Returns
Products purchased in our webshop can be returned within two weeks after receipt of the goods (unused, undamaged and in original packaging). You can fill in the return form below and send it to support@officialbrand.eu.
After e-mailing the form, you can return the products by registered mail to OfficialBrand, located at

To replace
- Products that are damaged upon receipt can be returned and replaced without any problems.
- Products damaged by use or showing wear and tear cannot be returned.
- In the event of production errors, you can exchange the item free of charge. If the product is irreplaceable / unavailable, we will credit and refund the purchase amount to your specified account number. We do receive a photo of the product which contains a defect/production error at the email address of support@officialbrand.eu.
Size change
- Also for size changes send an email to support@officialbrand.eu.
- For products that are returned because the size does not fit, the purchase amount will be refunded if the entire order has been received back. In the event that only part of the order is returned, you will receive the purchase amount for the product that we have received after everything has been received in good order.
- PAY ATTENTION! The return costs are for the customer.
