The website www.officialbrand.nl and all associated subdirectories (hereinafter: “OfficialBrand”) are part of The Cotton Express bv. A company that is included in the trade register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, under file number 65561104 and VAT number 856162577B0. Registered office at Grote Beerstraat 26, The Hague, The Netherlands.
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchase and sales agreements concluded by OfficialBrand and its webshop customers. By placing an order you declare that you agree to the conditions below.
Typos
OfficialBrand cannot guarantee that the content of the website is always free from inaccuracies and typographical errors. We also cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date. OfficialBrand has the right to change the content of the site at any time. The colors on your screen may differ from the original product. This depends, among other things, on your computer settings. We do everything we can to display the correct colors in the webshop.
Age
The new GDPR law, which came into effect on May 25, 2018, requires that the user must be at least 16 years old to place orders on this webshop. If the user is under the age of 16, he/she must obtain permission from a parent/guardian.
Payment
All prices are in euros, including 21% VAT but excluding shipping costs. We accept payments via iDEAL (in the Netherlands), PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and other payment methods offered by Mollie. After your order has been placed, you will receive the order confirmation and invoice by e-mail.
Delivery
The items are delivered in collaboration with various carriers (DHL / Selektvracht / PostNL / FedEx / B2C EUROPE). Deliveries outside the Netherlands are also carried out by the above carriers. As soon as OfficialBrand has received the payment from the customer and the shipping details have been entered correctly, the delivery time will start. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment. If the delivery time cannot be maintained, the customer will be informed in time by OfficialBrand. This can be done via email, email confirmation or posted on the site.
Return Policy
You can return an item within a period of 14 days after the delivery date. An item that is returned must always be reported in accordance with the OfficialBrand return procedure. Failure to comply with this procedure will delay the processing process. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Returned items will only be accepted if the original labels and tags are present. We advise you to send the return shipment by registered mail with a tracking number. OfficialBrand can reject items with missing labels.
OfficialBrand is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss during your return. OfficialBrand reserves the right to refund the full purchase amount if products cannot be exchanged. Refunds for defective items will be made within 30 days of return delivery. Customers can contact our customer service by email (support@officialbrand.eu).
After the period of 14 days, OfficialBrand assumes that the customer is satisfied with the order.
Force of the majority
In case of force majeure, OfficialBrand is entitled to dissolve the agreement between OfficialBrand and the customer.
Intellectual property
This website and all subdomains and subdirectories are the intellectual property of OfficialBrand.
Privacy Policy
Personal data is stored and treated with care. Data will not be shared with third parties. The data will only be used for processing and delivering your order. The OfficialBrand webshop uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for sending information that is used to process orders.
